The management and personnel of Royal Interior Work are committed to provide a high quality service in the area of Quality management by continuously improving client service, human resource management and company operations. “Total customer satisfaction” the company's primary objective, is achieved by recognizing, understanding and evaluating customer needs and trying to exceed them.

The management is committed to:

• Develop and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Standard in Work.
• Work with customers to ensure that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving Total Customer Satisfaction.
• Communicate throughout the Organization the importance of meeting customer needs and legal requirements
• Understand the Quality Policy and its objectives.
• Ensure that the management review meeting sets and reviews the quality objectives, and reports on the Internal audit results as a means of monitoring and measuring the processes and the effectiveness & suitability of the Quality Management System and objectives set.
• Monitoring quality performance and implementing improvements when appropriate through feedback from customer.
• To ensure Quality and high standard of civil work/construction and delivery in time, personnel are being trained on a continuous and the core team upgrades their skills as we aspire to beat our own standards raising us to the best.

• Each Worker Has An Obligation To:
• Comply With Safe Work Practices, With The Intent Of Avoiding Injury To Themselves And Others And Damage To Men And Materials
• Take Reasonable Care Of The Health And Safety Of Themselves And Others
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment And Clothing Where Necessary
• Comply With Any Direction Given By Management For Health And Safety
• Not Misuse Or Interfere With Anything Provided For Health And Safety
• Report All Accidents And Incidents On The Job Immediately.
